Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

In accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Gözde Oto Klima as the data controller, within the scope described below.

Data Controller: Gözde Oto Klima — Bursa.

Personal Data Processed: Your name, phone number, e-mail address, and any vehicle or service-request details you provide.

Purposes of Processing: Receiving and responding to your service requests, scheduling appointments, carrying out our air-conditioning gas refill, heater-system cleaning and radiator repair services, and communicating with you.

Legal Basis: Your personal data is processed for the establishment or performance of a service relationship and the legitimate interests of the data controller (KVKK Art. 5).

Transfer: Your personal data is not shared with third parties or transferred abroad, except where required by law.

Retention: Your data is retained for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the statutory limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation; it is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11): You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request erasure or destruction within the limits of the law, and to object to processing.
